- Yes, you must enter a valid 10 digit cell number. (ex. 615-555-5555)
- Can I reply to a message I receive?
- *Yes, due to some system updates the third party has made, you will be able to reply.
- Is my phone number secure?
- Yes, your phone number is 100% secure. (128-Bit Encryption)
- Can I unsubscribe from the service at anytime?
- Yes, you may unsubscribe by clicking here.
- When I graduate to a new grade level will I need to sign up again?
- *We are still working this out.  If you find that you're receiving the wrong txts, let us know.
- I'm a graduating senior. Will I automatically be removed from the list?
- *No, at this time we do not offer this due to the complexity of the system.
- Will you send txt notifcations during school hours?
- *Only if necessary. We have the option to delay all txt notifcations until a later time.
- Where can I find a list of supported phone carriers?
- Almost all carriers are supported.  If you have trouble, contact Lorne Thomas.
- Do these txt notifcations cost?
- No, they are free. They only cost if you have a pay-per-message service.
